As a Test Analyst you will be an integral part of the Systems Development team; holding a pivotal role in all systems deliveries, with the chance to make a significant impact on the quality of our output. You'll be responsible for testing our in-house developments and third-party platforms.

  • Creating, reviewing, and executing test plans and scripts for functional testing; both manual and automated
  • Reviewing and analysing technical/functional specifications and user stories to drive out test scripts and steps
  • Working closely with Developers, Technical Product Owners, and Business Analysts to develop and execute test plans
  • Managing risks and issues raised during test execution
  • Verifying that changes meet business needs by performing regular reviews with key stakeholders

What we need from you

  • Demonstrable experience in a software testing role (including functional, non-functional, load, security)
  • Experience of test execution (manual/automated) and analysis of results, notably testing largescale enterprise systems (ERP/CRM/ITSM)
  • Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle including agile and waterfall methodology
  • Experience with tools like ALM, Jira, and Zephyr; as well as Cucumber/Gherkin and the BDD framework
  • Ability to report and manage defects and issues with development teams
  • Any ISEB/ISTQB Test/Agile certifications would be advantageous
