The Engage department is made up of four teams, each focusing on different areas of Services. The team you will interact with the most is Architecture Services (AS), Advisory and Office of the CTO (OCTO).

As part of the Engage department – specifically the Tech & Services Resource Planner, you'll be supporting members of Tech & Services to proactively allocate and organise incoming projects.

As Services Engagement Resource Planner, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing Tech & Services opportunities and to respond to internal queries and project requests
  • Advising internal customers on the correct resource for a project, being either an internal resource or third party
  • Aligning and logging projects to allow Tech & Services resource to keep track of their opportunities
  • Understanding and maintaining a log of Tech & Services skills to accurately align internal resource
  • Ensuring the Tech & Services team members you have aligned have the appropriate skills to meet internal/external customer expectations
  • Regular calls with sales specialists and account managers to understand and fully qualify the requirements of the opportunity

We'd love you to have

  • Strong planning, organisation, and administration skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport, with a focus on customer service
  • A desire to learn and understand information technology as well as the ins and outs of Tech & Services and Engage
  • A passion for working with people and the ability to quickly build and sustain strong internal relationships
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
