The Order Fulfilment department are responsible for processing all customer orders whilst achieving high standards of order accuracy. We are a highly motivated group of individuals who collectively work together to ensure that our reputation as a first-class Order Fulfilment team is upheld.

Be part of a team that enables business growth
You will be a leading member of the Order Fulfilment Team within the Procurement Department, responsible for managing a team of Buyer's at various levels of their career whilst maintaining a high level of programme knowledge to support them when needed. You will be working with the DTLs to ensure all orders are processed accurately whilst ensuring team goals and strategies are met
As an Order Fulfilment Team Leader, you'll be responsible for:
- Daily management of the team; managing resource, leading team meetings & dealing with escalations through to completion
- Performing regular one-on-one's; creating and managing senior buyer/DTL KPI's whilst providing regular updates to the Order Fulfilment Manager.
- Management of Seniors & DTLs to ensure all orders/queries are processed within SLA and mailboxes are up to date.
- Management of all orders orders/queries to ensure they are processed withing defined SLA
- Supporting the buyers/DTLs with their training and development requirements including ODP (Operational Development Program)
