About the Role

As an HR Operations & Analytics Specialist, you’ll work closely with the operations team across our systems and administration requirements as well as across our analytics team, working on our reporting and analysis needs. This role has been designed to be generalist and support the wider HR team including Talent & Performance, Talent Acquisition, Reward & Benefits and Engagement as and when is required however with a prioritised Operations and Analytics focus.

You’ll form strong, trusting relationships with stakeholders, understanding their goals, needs and issues, with a view to providing people-focused and commercially-grounded advice. We have specialist teams working in many of these areas, who you’ll collaborate and share ideas with. You’ll also play a part in supporting the Business Partnering team including other HR Advisors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrable experience in an HR capacity with a good understanding across operations, data and analytics.
  • A level of commercial awareness and business understanding.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous situations and provide clear/best fit solutions.
  • Good negotiating and influencing skills, adept at handling difficult situations or challenging individuals to gain positive and constructive outcomes.
  • Able to work in a busy, fast paced team-oriented environment.
  • Highly organised and efficient with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.

Essential Skills

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across multiple levels.
  • 2-3 years experience within a HR role.
