Interim HR Analyst - 6 Month FTC

This role has been created to help support our HR Analyst across a broad scope of analytical requirements whilst we are transitioning into a new HRIS (Dayforce). This critical area provides insight which helps inform business decisions, working closely with all COEs across the HR team, including Talent & Performance, Reward, Talent Acquisition, HR generalist and ad-hoc requests from the Chief People Officer and HR Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain data across reporting and dashboards to help drive key HR activity, including holidays, sickness absence, compliance, gender pay gap and attrition.
  • Developing basic ad-hoc reports or dashboards when requested, creating, sharing and when necessary, providing insights and analysis back to the business.
  • Review existing dashboards and reporting to identify improvements across our analytics capabilities.
  • Working with all areas across HR to provide support, insight and analysis where needed.
  • Work alongside the HR Analyst to support initiatives led by the centre of excellence (CoE), being a key member within the project working groups (reward cycle, engagement survey, compliance, etc.) and produce accurate trackers/data which drives decisions.

Essential Skills

  • Fully conversant with all HR data, and capable of converting complex data into easily-understandable formats
  • Strong commercial, numerical and analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets / SQL knowledge (Pivot tables, Match/Index, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to work in a demanding environment and to tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail
  • Adept at understanding the needs of the end user whilst ensuring business needs are met
