Description of role:

A Team Leader is required for the OFM department in Middlesbrough, the Team Leader will report directly to the local Operations Manager.

You will take a lead role in highlighting improvements to the Operations Manager and if agreed ensure that the improvements are implemented.

You will organise the flow of work coming through and prioritise where necessary.

Liaising with all departments in Middlesbrough to ensure projects and training are not impacted by poor building infrastructure.

As well as carrying out daily maintenance tasks alongside OFM maintenance colleagues

Travel:

This position may require occasional travel in the UK.
