What format is the program?

The program is delivered over four weeks and includes:

  1. Gender equity hiring basics workshop (45 minutes)
  2. Inclusive hiring workshop (90 minutes)
  3. Take-home practical activity #1 (one week to complete)

    The material covered in the program is designed to help you understand:

    • How to compare best-practice job ads from other employers

    Will I need to do any prep work?

    There are two take-home practical activities to be completed during the program. These activities are designed to give you an opportunity to put your learning from the workshops into action.

    You will have one week to complete the tasks and you will receive feedback from WORK180’s DEI experts in the retrospective workshops that follow.

    How long does it take and how much effort is involved?

    The program is run over four weeks.

    There are two informative workshops that are 45 minutes and 90 minutes respectively; two take-home practical activities to help you put your learning into action; and two 60 minute retrospective workshops following each take-home task, in order to discuss and further embed your learning.

    What will I get for completing the accreditation?

    Upon completion of the program, participants will receive:

    • The WORK180 Gender Equity Sourcing Accreditation badge that can be used on materials of your choice (e.g. signatures, tender documents)
    • A WORK180 Gender Equity Sourcing Accreditation certificate marking completion of the program
