Education & Experience Required

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
  • Zero to two years of work-related experience

Or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing database repositories to ensure the accuracy of asset data; monitoring and reconciling changes in inventory; verifying financial data (leased, depreciated or expensed)

  • Facilitates tracking and documentation of asset installs, moves, adds, and changes to maintain consistency and accuracy of asset information

  • Coordinates and facilitates tracking of physical assets and documentation of maintenance activities, that are managed by the asset inventory database; maintain and administer asset management procedures and standards

  • Work closely with Financial Services department to ensure financial records are accurate

  • Provide various reporting including ad hoc reports, analysis and audits on both hardware and software to ensure compliance and ensure an accurate database repository

  • Assist with the development and participates with continually enhancing processes and methods to track, disperse and control IT hardware assets

  • Responsible for VHD work order task for both hardware and software request; responsible for replacing, preparing and activating global data and/or carrier services on mobile devices

  • Coordinates customer request for equipment in-office needs as well as travel; Assist with large-scale deployments of equipment to customer territory office, home office or regulated facilities; includes tracking of delivery logistics, tracking of inventory flows and customer communication regarding schedule and disposition

  • Performs other related duties as required

This compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. The range has been created in good faith based on information known to Aflac at the time of the posting. Compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case. This salary range does not include any potential incentive pay or benefits, however, such information will be provided separately when appropriate. The salary range for this position is $40,000 to $95,000.
