Are you a recent graduate eager to jumpstart your career and gain exposure to multiple facets of our organization? The EMERGE Graduate Program plans to hire 4 graduates for this unique opportunity. Over the course of 24 months, you will have the chance to rotate through three different departments, spending eight months dedicated to each, allowing you to develop a well-rounded skill set and a deep understanding of our industry and company. The departments include HR, finance, operations, marketing, engineering, D&D, and more. Initial department selection may be based on your most recent degree field and can potentially pivot after the first rotation.

Throughout the program, you’ll have the opportunity to present your ideas and projects to executive leadership, gaining insight into the processes of a major organization. Participate in virtual mixers with international cohorts, attend multiple skill-building sessions, and gain exposure to global business perspectives. The EMERGE Program focuses on a valuable blend of hands-on experience, mentorship, and networking opportunities, setting you toward a successful long-term career.

What You'll Do

  • Applicants must be 21 years of age or older and graduated between June 2023 and June 2024.

  • Enhance your skill sets in a fast-paced environment, learning from experienced professionals as you prepare to start your career after graduation.

  • The EMERGE Program begins August 5, 2024, in a department within the Americas region that aligns with your educational background and skillset. The program will take place in the Greater Las Vegas Metropolitan area.

  • Participate in multiple projects, which culminate together to formulate your presentation to our Executive Leadership at the end of each rotation.

  • Participate in skill development sessions and networking opportunities with executive leadership and international mixers, and attend functions with other growing minds in the Gaming industry.

What We're Looking For

  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and willing to take on tasks while growing and developing professional skill sets.

  • A recent graduate of a Bachelors or Masters Program between June 2023 and June 2024.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to connect through listening, dialogue freely, and verbalize ideas effectively.

  • Strong technical skills in area of study.

  • A genuine interest in the Gaming industry.
