Executive Assistant
What You'll Do
Scheduling and Calendar Management: Efficiently manage complex scheduling and calendar coordination across multiple time zones for the CLO, senior members of the Legal Leadership Team, and the Enterprise Governance Committee.
Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion, ensuring strict confidentiality on all matters.
Meeting Preparation: Prepare background information, briefs, and supporting documents for the CLO’s scheduled meetings and engagements, anticipating information needs and ensuring readiness.
Cross-functional Coordination: Prioritize and coordinate communication and initiatives with board members, the CEO’s office, executive committee members, and other departments across the organization.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives and team members across the organization, acting as a liaison within the legal team and beyond.
Administrative Processes: Oversee invoice processing, expense tracking, vendor management, and document access within the legal department, including handling highly sensitive legal documents.
Autonomy and Initiative: Work independently with minimal guidance, exercising sound judgment and anticipating departmental needs.
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting a C-level executive, preferably within a legal or corporate governance setting.
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, proactively, and with foresight, anticipating and addressing potential issues.
Strong sense of urgency and dedication, with a results-oriented mindset.
Patience and adaptability, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding interpersonal skills; personable and engaging, contributing positively to office morale and team culture.
Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including a high level of proficiency in grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to support the executive team and be available for urgent matters as needed, with flexibility to respond outside regular business hours.

$73,500 - $136,500 per yearOur goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
