IT Program Director Acquisitions/Divestitures & IT Ops
The ideal candidate will possess expert relationship management, communication, and organizational skills, have strong executive presence, and be readily equipped to provide hands-on oversight to numerous complex global work efforts to ensure business value is realized. The candidate will also be an experience people manager who is skilled in directing and mentoring a team of employees and contractors.
What You'll Do
Manage the IT Operations Project Management team, driving resource allocations and hands-on oversight of a small team of employees and contractors.
Manage projects and IT Operations work required for numerous non-IT-owned projects.
Build trusted relationships within IT and across various business stakeholders to ensure clear project charters, collaborative delivery, and shared accountability.
Exhibit expertise in project methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Scaled Agile, Hybrid, etc.), tailoring approach to each project.
Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, resource requirements, and potential risks – as required.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including status reports, change requests, and meeting minutes. Provide regular status updates and progress reports to stakeholders and management.
Aggressively manage risk mitigation, remediation, and contingency strategies.
Identify unaddressed issues, work on solutions, or find the appropriate owner to ensure only high-quality deliverables are produced.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred in computer science, project management, engineering, or related project management undergraduate course of study; an advanced degree is preferred.
PMP and Agile Certifications are preferred.
15 years of program and project management experience within a formal PMO.
10 years experience managing complex programs, preferably acquisition integrations and divestitures.
Experience in multiple project methodologies including Waterfall, Hybrid, Agile, and SAFe approaches.
Experience with driving and managing virtual teams.
Must be based in Las Vegas, Nevada, or willing to relocate, with the ability to work flexible hours with stakeholders across multiple time zones.

$129,704 - $240,879 per yearOur goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
