As a Program Manager on our Marketing Strategy & Planning team dedicated on go to market execution, you will sit at the intersection of design, development, content, and sales operations. You'll align the efforts of a diverse cast, connecting the dots across teams and adapting to changing circumstances as you anticipate what's next. You will be an excellent partner in understanding your team's challenges, strengths, and motivations, and you'll help at both the strategic and tactical level in this role,

In this role you'll get to:

  • Facilitate project kickoffs, retros, and planning sessions. You will need to make sure work moves forward.
  • Support project leads from Product Marketing to assemble teams, determine scope, kick-off and run successful projects related to Ecosystem and Channel Marketing.
  • Provide guidance on customer communications and impact assessments.
  • Facilitate prioritization, risk identification and mitigation, resource allocation, roles and responsibilities across programs.
  • Collaborate with other program managers to architect common processes and patterns across marketing.
  • Educate yourself on plans and set the team up for success for executive level reviews.
  • Optimize your team operationally to ensure the right amount of process and plays are in motion.
  • Partner and build excellent relationships with teams to align and work toward well-thought-out and strategic Marketing goals and execution.
  • Work with multiple teams and projects simultaneously.

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

  • Enthusiasm and experience working with specialists across engineering, design, content, operations, sales operations and enablement, email ops and product marketers.
  • 5+ years of experience running programs.
  • The ability to both respond to and motivate change.

It's great, but not required if you have:

  • Led agile teams or know agile methodologies
  • Working for a SaaS or other technology company
  • Experience working with Channel and Ecosystem/Marketplace marketing team
  • Experience working as a member of distributed teams, product and engineering teams, creative teams, or marketing teams.
  • Experience working with or administering project management, workflow, and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Slack etc.
