Atlassian is looking for a seasoned ABM team leader to join its Customer Lifecycle Marketing (CLM) team. The ideal candidate will be skilled at designing and executing ABX customer-centric marketing strategies that drive deep account penetration and engagement within Atlassian’s largest customer accounts, a strong partner to our sales teams and leaders, and an experienced people manager.

The ABM team at Atlassian is still in its infancy so the ideal candidate should be ready to roll up their sleeves to build and scale an ABM program from the ground up within an enterprise organization. This candidate should exhibit creativity, strong cross-functional collaboration, the desire to continuously improve, and team mentorship/coaching.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new ABM Strategists and set the team up for long-term success as we scale to partner with all Atlassian Platinum Enterprise Development Representatives (EDRs) and Enterprise Advocates (EAs)
  • Support the ABM Strategists team to develop and launch targeted, integrated campaigns and programs while collaborating with sales, demand generation, product marketing, marketing analytics, and field marketing
  • Define quarterly success metrics and reporting frameworks in partnership with Sales Analytics and Marketing Analytics teams
  • Support the rollout and adoption of MQAs in partnership with Marketing Operations and Data Science teams. Ensure proper enablement is in place to drive adoption within the sales organization.
  • Create repeatable processes and playbooks to support ABM pipeline generation
  • Develop a strong understanding of Atlassian’s go-to-market plans and goals in order to translate them into an ABM plan for your team
  • Inspire and drive innovation within CLM and roadshow ABM internally and externally of Atlassian
  • Oversee team resources, budgets, and growth of individual team members

On the first day, we expect you to have:

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience (demand generation, field marketing, digital marketing) with 2+ years of hands-on ABM experience
  • 1+ years of team management experience
  • Proven track record designing, executing, and measuring integrated marketing campaigns and outbound programs in partnership with sales in a high-growth environment
  • Have clear campaign planning and management methodology
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Marketo, ABM stack including Demandbase, Outreach, Zoominfo, Folloze, Uberflip, 6sense, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Former sales development representative experience
  • Have previously built and scaled an ABM program from 0 at an enterprise-level organization
  • Experience working on executive engagement programs
  • Global marketing experience - hands-on marketing experience for EMEA and/or APAC
