Armed with Adobe After Effects and the rest of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, you will be responsible for crafting compelling motion designs to solve an array of marketing needs—from social media posts, through marketing animations, to stage-wide, multi-LED panel event graphics, and all the screens in-between.

- Operate in a complex environment, prioritizing your own task while contributing to multiple projects, with various priorities, and timelines.
- Demonstrate an eye for detail, setting the standard for excellence in craft, quality, and output.
- Enthusiastic about creative work, letting your excitement show in how you present ideas and work.
- Have eye-catching portfolio showcasing your creative experience and sensibilities.

- Partner closely with designers, copywriters, marketers, motion designers and producers to execute high-quality animation projects.
- Bring designs and narratives to life effectively, using principles of animation and modern animation techniques.
- Strong understanding of animation/video formats and codecs.
- Work with and evolve the existing animation language at Atlassian to elevate the brand.
- Take creative direction from partners and translate to purposeful animations with motivated movements.
- Participate in our design culture to align styles and refine work through team feedback.
- Willingness to work openly and bring your true self to work.
