We're hiring a Program Manager, reporting to our IT Enablement Leader. You are a Program Manager with a background in business operations enabling a technical team. Here, you'll be trusted to grow our current university programs globally with the best employee experience. You'll help influence our People Tech products and identify where we can better use Atlassian products to enhance our employee experience. You'll also manage our forums for keeping our IT leaders connected with our teams.

What you'll do

  • Amplify our intern and new graduate university programs in partnership with our recruiting and early in career programs teams
  • Operationalize, mature and scale our pilot new graduate rotational program
  • Improve the end-to-end program experiences - hiring, onboarding and ongoing engagement
  • Influence our People Tech products to improve our employee experience
  • Partner with our Customer One team to identify how we can use Atlassian products to differentiate our program
  • Experiment to differentiate our early in career program - we want to be the best
  • Oversee the workforce plans for our early in career needs to provide a good team fit and completed development plans
  • Coach our managers and mentors on best practices for onboarding and growing our early in career talent
  • Engage with external program owners (i.e., Atlassian Onboarding) to provide feedback from our intern and new graduate experiences and influence how those programs better help our IT cohorts
  • Manage IT-wide forums and identify new ways to stay engaged with our teams in a hybrid work environment - Town Halls, IT Leadership Check-Ins, Demo Days

Your background

  • 3+ years of experience managing global programs with distributed team members
  • Experience leading university programs within a technical team (IT, CTO / Engineering) - be able to speak the lingo with tech teams
  • Experience turning ideas into program delivery
  • Demonstrated assignments that required autonomous delivery, creativity, and process improvement
  • Experience leading organization-wide forums
