As a Senior Group Program Manager for Confluence, you will be a thought partner for the Confluence leadership team and help direct strategic programs important to the success of the business. You will guide completion of cross-organization programs and alignment among leaders internal and external to Confluence.
You will be a member of the Program Management leadership team and will report directly to Atlassian's Head of Program Management for Work Management for All.

In this role you'll be:

  • Strategic partner: You'll be an important member of the Confluence leadership team, setting the tone and driving the leadership cadence.
  • Craft expert and Change leader: You'll be a member of our program management leadership team, defining and leading transformation in how we work across Atlassian. You'll influence and contribute to the tools and structures at a company-wide level by applying industry-standard best practices.
  • Delivery leader: You'll own strategic planning and high-quality delivery for the broad portfolio of business and technical outcomes.

On your first day, we'd love for you to have:

  • Experience running large-scale (company-wide) portfolios requiring collaboration across a broad set of partners and participants. Partnerships may include, legal, tax, finance, compliance, partnerships
  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience in program management/product/software development; background in engineering or technical product management preferred; Platform as a Service experience a huge plus
  • Experience leading a world-class team of highly engaged technical program managers that can scale through a period of continued high-growth
  • A partnership mentality, promoting strategic partnerships between our organization, constituents and allies

At Atlassian, we tie our base pay ranges to role and level. In the United States, that means your base pay ranges will fall into one of three geographic pay zones depending on your location. Our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $200,600 - $307,700
Zone B: $180,500 - $276,900
Zone C: $166,500 - $255,400
Within each range, base pay is ultimately determined based on your skills, expertise, and experience. This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and/or equity.
