We're looking for our next amazing Senior Business Architect to help us turn our Customer Support and Success [CSS] strategy into tactics. As part of the CSS Business Transformation Team, our Business Architect function is responsible for helping us solve key business challenges. Are you passionate about strategic problem solving and driving a cross-functional team to deliver success? Then we need you!
In this role, you'll work closely with our leadership teams and experts across multiple disciplines. You will clarify business problems, giving our teams a clear picture of what will move the needle to drive towards a measurable goal. You'll move our ideas and dreams through ideation to accelerate program execution.
These programs tackle key CSS business challenges and you'll be able to see a tangible impact on our internal and external customers upon successful completion.
What you are accountable for:
- Work with our program delivery and support operations teams to develop the right solutions for the right problems
- Systematically breakdown technical problems and build business cases that deliver key improvements
- Design technical solutions with detailed process mapping and requirements documentation
- Influence roadmaps across Atlassian teams to drive integrated business transformation
- Explore new industry and technology trends so that you bring the latest practices to experiment design and creative problem solving
- Partner with our executive leadership team to propose strategic initiatives driven by both internal inputs and industry standards
