More about our team
Everything we do on the communications team is guided by business impact, and every project has one owner who is empowered to make decisions. We determine success metrics up front and restlessly work towards them. We pursue transparency and awareness in everything we do, but we are comfortable not knowing the details on everything. We embrace our "open company, no bullshit" value and have the courage to tell it like it is. We're good listeners, especially the voice of our customer. We move really fast. We take risks and fail (which is OK!). We take away important lessons to ensure we don't repeat the same mistakes again. We play as a team.

Our perks & benefits

To support you at work and play, our perks and benefits include ample time off, an annual education budget, paid volunteer days, and so much more.
