Atlassian Customer Success Managers (CSMs) help customers realize the value in their Atlassian investment. They proactively engage with customers to achieve early and sustained outcomes by accelerating product adoption. This is achieved by helping customers apply standard methodologies at scale, expand their solution footprint, and become growing, long-term customers. You will report to the Manager, Customer Success and collaborate frequently with members across the company. CSMs work with all parts of Atlassian as the primary champion of the user's cause.

What You'll Do

  • Learn the skills to become a product and use case specialist across multiple product and solution practice areas
  • Identify main metrics for a customer's success and driving Atlassian value
  • Develop an understanding of the customer journey from implementation to adoption and expansion
  • Collaboration across teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Learn how to remove hurdles and deliver value through proactive and programmatic customer engagement

Your Background

  • Currently enrolled in a 4 year degree program and returning to the program after the completion of the internship, graduating by June 2024
  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Management Information Systems, Marketing, or similar
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Project collaboration experience
  • Experience diagnosing customer needs and translating those needs into relevant solutions
  • Able to commit to a 12 week full-time (40hrs/week) internship during Summer 2023
