Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.

Your future team

We are on the cusp of extraordinary growth and you will have an opportunity to be the tip of the spear and guide our course as we begin the transformative journey. You will join our small but mighty Operations Team (Ops) and will have opportunities to collaborate on exciting projects with teammates across Atlassian.
Not eligible for Visa sponsorship. Unfortunately, we do not offer U.S. work visa sponsorship to F-1/OPT, J-1/TN, or H-1B student graduates at this time.

  • Conduct customer research (i.e. interviews, surveys, focus groups) and analyze the results to help shape the future of Atlassian University
  • Research industry best-practices for creating and maintaining content

  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or similar
  • Experience with statistical analysis methods/tools
  • Familiarity with an Agile way of working
  • Consultative approach to continuous improvement
  • Be able to commit to a 12 week full-time (40hrs/week) internship during Summer 2023
