We are seeking an experienced Partner Experience Leader who can drive a portfolio of initiatives to ensure that our Partners have a best in breed Partner experience, and that our Channel Managers have tools to support that experience. Using your experience and cross-functional skills, our toolset will unlock successful outcomes against our channel OKRs - including a primary focus on Partner Experience. Do you want to be recognized, industry-wide as driving the best partner experience? Do want to be the Architect of the best partnership experience in the SaaS vendor ecosystem?

In this role, you'll get to:

  • Define and manage partner processes including updating and standardizing current processes, identifying gaps in the partner experience and coalescing multiple resources to establish and maintain best practices
  • Inform Partner Portal ongoing design and experience enhancements
  • Drive the Partner Experience Surveys and key priorities coming out of our Partner Advisory Council.
  • Define and activate cross-organizational RACI and rules of engagement for sales, partners and supporting organizations
  • Define measures and dashboards to monitor and syndicate partner satisfaction and initiative performance
  • Own and drive meaningful reports on CSAT for customers who are engaging with Partners.
  • Project management of research, program development, partner journey initiatives

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

  • 10+ years experience executing partner programs with Global Systems Integrators, Technology Partners, Service Providers, ISV's, Delivery and Regional Partners, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Knowledge of partner ecosystems and application design
  • Keen ability to manage processes across multiple decision and stakeholder groups
  • Focus on revenue generation through partnerships via different monetization methods
  • Deep understanding about technology partner ecosystem, channels, and programs
  • Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives, in dynamic, rapid growth environments
  • Effective and mature communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, persuasive both verbally and in writing
  • Experience in building trusting relationships and influencing across broad group of stakeholders, peers, and senior leadership
About Our Team
As the Partner Success team, we help to ensure that our Partners and Channel Managers have a support model for success - thereby creating an expanded footprint of Channel Representation and Customer Success. Since your team will be working across a diverse range of initiatives, you will need a broad understanding of enterprise software channel business including channel sales, channel strategy and market development . Most importantly, you will work closely with teams across Atlassian - including GTM Leadership, Sales Operations, Sales Technology, and others - to build success
