Product Marketing at Atlassian builds the GTM strategy, tells the story, and executes the plan. Atlassian is looking for an experienced Sr. Product Marketing Team Lead to join the IT service management (ITSM) solution group, responsible for Jira Service Management. The ideal candidate has experience crafting and launching compelling end-to-end campaigns while leveraging channels including, but not limited to, paid media, email, content syndication, direct mail, events, and more. This candidate will manage a small team of high-performing product marketers, work closely with demand generation, performance marketing, marketing analytics, and sales operations to help plan, coordinate, and execute campaigns that educate our buyers, attract the right audience, and generate interest in our ITSM solutions.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Establish GTM goals in concert with finance, sales, and corporate strategy
  • Translate growth goals into marketing strategies, identifying the right personas, messaging, assets, and tactics
  • Work with demand generation and marketing analytics to optimize our marketing funnel for both self-serve (PLG) and high-touch sales motions
  • Work on buyer personas, customer segmentation, and campaign messaging
  • Responsible for putting together quarterly GTM plans and enabling outbound sales teams on campaign messaging
  • Analyze funnel metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Be a close partner to Demand Gen to collaborate on new and existing campaigns and content and ensure clear communication
  • Manage a small team of PMMs, ensuring alignment of roles and responsibilities, fostering collaboration, and contributing to their career growth

On the first day, we expect you to have:

  • 7+ years of product marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns
  • Experience with product-led growth (PLG) and traditional sales-led motions
  • A keen eye for detail, a passion for dissecting campaign performance data, and a thirst for knowledge
  • Experience with marketing to a technical audience as well as executive decision-makers in IT
