We're hiring a Project Manager for our Product Management (PM) Experience pillar, reporting to the Head of Product for the department and working daily with the PM Ops team lead.
You will manage a portfolio of programs and products to deliver outcomes for our Product Management team. You are passionate about shipping products of massive scale that customers love.

What you'll do

  • Your customers are Product Managers and you will focus on projects that center on attraction, retention, and engagement metrics for PM Talent
  • Deliver the end-to-end PM graduate program from recruitment to onboarding to multi-year rotations to accelerate the growth of our early-in-career talent
  • Lead customer discovery with PM leaders from across the organization to identify opportunities to improve the PM experience and talent-related processes
  • Inspire and lead your team by prioritizing the most impactful opportunities within your area of ownership to deliver customer value
  • Align product groups and leadership and create high visibility into your work by communicating updates and progress on success metrics to many teams and partners, including occasional presentations to executive team members
  • Work across multiple timezones (PST & AEST) to deliver a core set of programs with defined success metrics

Your background

  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in aSaaS-based tech company
  • Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Business, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Subject-matter expertise in the field of product management, product development, or product discovery
  • Demonstrated experience operationalizing processes at scale
  • Experience defining and tracking towards success metrics
  • You set clear expectations and can paint a compelling vision that inspire actions across teams
  • Outstanding track record building relationships and influencing without authority on a distributed team
  • Comfortable managing detailed logistics and events
  • Interest in empowering and working with early-in-career talent
