Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.
About the Role:
Atlassian's IT Associate Product Manager (IT APM) internship program is designed to grow students into the next generation of global leaders.
Atlassian IT isn't your traditional IT shop. We are a product-led team and touch every aspect of Atlassian's business, while focusing on providing value to both our customers and teams internally. We're a team that relies on people and technology in equal measure. Running a technology-first workplace, IT also manages our e-commerce & support platform, drives digital transformation, manages business systems, and intelligent automation. We are passionate technologists who like to solve business problems.
Expect to be empowered to do your best work, thanks to the combination of autonomy and support that our IT APM intern program is known for. You'll help solve urgent problems for our customers, while paired with an experienced mentor to support you in understanding the ins and outs of product management.
Every IT APM intern gets to work on projects that are important to Atlassian, like building features for brand new internal products or improving third-party products, brainstorming ideas, and running experiments to improve the customer experience. Some past intern projects have included designing a modern and scalable financial platform to power Atlassian's future growth and creating products that support omni-Channel marketing, segmentation and targeting.
During your 12-weeks as a member of our TEAM, you'll get a feel for life as an IT Product Manager while also getting insight into what it's like to be a full-time member of IT APM Rotational Program when you graduate. Watch this video to learn more about Atlassian IT.

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:
- Must be currently enrolled in a full-time degree program and returning to the program after the completion of the internship, graduating by June 2024
- Passion for analyzing products and internal customers across our business teams
