We're looking for a strong Talent Operations Coordinator to join the Customer Support and Success (CSS) team at Atlassian. You will focus on coordination support across the CSS department and for the CSS Talent Enablement team to ensure the success of our processes, logistics, and workflows. This role offers high-visibility, involving communication and influence throughout the CSS organization. Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $96,500 - $128,700

Zone B: $86,900 - $115,800

Zone C: $80,100 - $106,800

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

The experience we’re looking for includes:

  • 3+ years of operations coordinator or administrative experience

  • Meticulous organizational skills

  • Outstanding time management skills

  • Excellent communication skills across multiple forums (Zoom meetings, Slack, blogs, documentation pages, etc.)

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Experience planning large meetings and events

Nice to have

  • Experience with coordination support in a global organization

  • Passion for planning team appreciation gifts and events

  • Proficiency with Gmail, G Suite, Excel or Google Sheets, and Slack

  • Working knowledge of Confluence, Jira, and related tools
