Are you ready to take on a leadership role and make a significant impact on accelerating growth within the SMB segment? We are seeking a Team Lead who can build, develop, and empower a team of Scaled Sales Associates. As the Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in nurturing a high-performance environment focused on customer growth within small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). You will report to the Global Manager of SMB Scaled Sales.

This is a remote job supporting the AMER and EMEA regions.

  • Your background

    • Minimum of 3+ years of leadership experience leading a sales team with a quota.

    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets

    • Experience managing a high volume of leads and opportunities of various sources and sizes through different channels (chat, phone, zoom & email)

    • You have a do-it-right mentality with a customer-centric mindset

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and great compensation package programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $129,600 - $172,800

Zone B: $116,700 - $155,600

Zone C: $107,600 - $143,500

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
