Join our team as the Infrastructure Learning Business Partner and support the learning for one of Avanade's fastest growing communities.Our Infrastructure community of nearly 2000 technologists specializes in Cloud (Azure) and Modern Workplace (M365) and in this role you will help power their skills evolution even further.You will partner with senior leadership stakeholders globally as we work together to stretch the capabilities of the Microsoft cloud.

As part of the Global Learning team, you will partner with subject matter experts to deliver distinctive learning experiences that help our people build in-demand skills. Key accountabilities:

  • Ready our Infrastructure Talent Community (~2000 people) with the skills needed to step onto client engagements with confidence
  • Identify market-relevant priority skills in partnership with subject matter experts
  • Own and evolve our Infrastructure curriculum including role-based learning paths
  • Create, build and deliver distinctive learning experiences with flexibility and scalability in mind
  • Help us stay the #1 most certified Microsoft Partner
  • Talent Community engagement: connect with talent community leaders and members to drive uptake of learning opportunities and understand future learning needs
  • Partner Enablement: help our people build capability around key partner platforms

Your technical skill set and experience likely includes:

  • Infrastructure experience in the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure and M365
  • Familiarity with collaboration tech, voice, security, identity, networking, virtual desktop
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code, scripting, containerization, DevOps
  • Recent Microsoft certification (such as Azure Administrator,M365 Enterprise Administrator)
  • Instructional design, curriculum design, and content curation experience is a plus
