Meaningful Work From Day One:

As a key member of the Global FP&A team, the Senior FP&A Analyst will play a vital role in supporting various reporting, analysis, and forecasting processes. The analyst will work closely with the Lead Financial Analyst and Sr FP&A
Manager in reporting and Forecasting activities, including:
● Support Global Function and Global Corporate. Including supporting the Functions Leaders and their teams in the forecasting & reporting process, understanding historic information and trends.
● Support Global Brands and particularly Global Marketing and determine the forecast accordingly.
● Work with the Lead FP&A Analyst to Consolidate Production related items impacting Corporate (production variance, LIFO, Reval etc..) and Production Business items. Monitor, analyze and understand drivers of production related items to the overall performance of BFC.
● Focal point for OIE for BFC.
● In addition to working closely with members of the Global FP&A team, the Sr FP&A Analyst will partner with and provide financial analysis and support to various business areas including, Corporate functions, Global Brands, Regional Finance, Accounting, Treasury (including the treasury market growth rates report) , etc. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for a number of important periodic financial analysis and reporting items.
● Support Corporate Tax when required.
● Ensure bonus accruals are recorded correctly and aligned with latest forecast provided by Lead FP&A Analyst and Accounting.
● Expert on all the SG&A allocation processes across BFC. Approve new allocations processes and document existing ones.
● HR internal benefits costing analysis to determine the per employee rate for US and production employees
● Maintain the Global FP&A Calendar.
● Support the Lead FP&A Analyst on Global Corporate, Global Functions and Global Marketing Cost Center Hierarchies. Support Functions on Cost Center reporting. Main approver for Cost Center changes and positions changes in workday for the Global Functions, Global Marketing and Corporate

What You Can Expect:

● Reporting (monthly, quarterly, & annually), decision support and analysis, business forecasting of Global Functions, Corporate Homeplace, Corporate Other and support Global Brands P&L.

● Reporting (monthly, quarterly, & annually), decision support and analysis, business forecasting of BFC OIE.

● Provide analysis and communicating quantitative and qualitative information in a clear, accurate, and timely manner.

● Support the GLobal Functions Leader in understanding their SG&A actual spent, and building their forecast.

● Support ad-hoc requests from Management and projects as required such as data mining and analysis, process improvement projects, and other corporate requests.

● As the Subject Matter Expert for Corporate and Global Brands, provide expertise and leadership on these areas. Support Regional FP&As, FP&A Director & Sr. Manager and Leadership team.

● Ensure complete processes/system documentation, and develop materials for the training of finance professionals on applicable concepts and/or applications; lead or participate in actual training sessions as a subject matter expert.

● Support the Lead FP&A Analyst and Sr FP&A Manager on Monthly, Quarterly reporting and forecasting process.

● Maintain Corporate Cost Center Hierarchies in SAP

We Are Looking For People Who:

● Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with 5 years of related work experience

● Proficiency using Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word) and Google (Sheets, Slides, Docs) tools, including advanced spreadsheet tools.

● Experience with SAP/ERP, Business Warehouse (BW)

● Superior attention to detail with a focus on quality results.

● Ability to work independently, in a virtual environment, and execute responsibilities with planning and organization in a high volume, deadline oriented environment.

● Strong analytical skills with ability to validate, analyze, and sort through large amounts of data and transform complex data into succinct, clear communications.

● Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of the organization.

● Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime when necessary.

● Excellent written and oral communication skills.

● Self-motivated to work independently and manage multiple projects within tight timelines.

What Makes You Unique:

● CPA and/or MBA with 2-3 years of related work experience

● Solid understanding of Brown-Forman operations, or experience in Beverage Alcohol industry

● Experience improving and advancing existing financial systems to improve data accessibility and flexibility

● Proficiency using Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) tools, including advanced spreadsheet tools

● Superior attention to detail with a focus on quality results

● Ability to work independently, in a virtual environment, and execute responsibilities with planning and organization in a high volume, deadline oriented environment

● Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of the organization.

● Ability to work flexible schedule and overtime when necessary
