What You Can Expect

Distributor Management
Drives the execution of national and regional account programs for on-premise channels within BF and Distributor National & Regional subchannels
Monitors and measures account level performance for key national and regional customers within assigned geography. Works with NAMs/CAMs to identify opportunities, develop negative gap action plans to rectify
Collaborates with General Managers (GM) and State Managers to ensure the plans and tools are in place to deliver category and brand growth above respective TDS
Partners with the distributor chain team to ensure the plans and tools are in place to deliver category and brand growth above respective TDS
Coordinates and plans ongoing distributor performance reviews with distributor leadership

Planning, Organizing, Directing, Controlling
Coordinates and communicates adjustments to plan, correcting negative performance and targeting brand opportunities/customer opportunities
Manages the implementation and execution of B-F national account business plan within Distributor National & Regional Account team
Manages the resource allocation/budget process
Leads tertile channel and customer business reviews with key stakeholders
Conducts brand and channel gap review and communicates recommendations to the appropriate stakeholders

People & Team Leadership
Motivates and develops team to drive high engagement and strong positive brand and category growth through inclusive leadership
Develops clear, measurable goals that hold each team member accountable for their respective business focus areas
Identifies market execution opportunities and communicates performance against objectives
Guides & directs BF state teams to drive synergies in On Premise channel

What Exactly Are We Looking For?
Bachelor’s degree plus 7+ years of sales experience ((Large Customer/Chain Channel) in a consumer goods environment, or 13+ years of relevant experience
Demonstrated ability to build strategic relationships with external chain buyers and influence programming through fact-based storytelling
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute innovative strategies that increase market share
Strong critical thinking, verbal and written communication skills
Positive attitude with business growth mindset
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to operate effectively within a collaborative construct
Willingness to travel at least 40% of the time, including occasional weekends for customer events
Valid driver’s license
