Meaningful Work From Day One:
This role is an integral part of the Latin America, Ukraine, CIS, Russia and Africa (LUCRA) Regional Leadership Team and is pivotal to supporting the VP, Managing Director and LUCRA leadership team. The role is key in leading LUCRA communication internally & externally, liaising with the Communication Team & other peers holding similar responsibilities in the Corporate, Divisional and Brand teams. This role will develop and execute a wide range of communication for internal and external audiences, utilizing and reflecting the B-F Brand identity standards and guidelines. The role will also contribute to the development and production of presentations, virtual meetings/conferences, town halls and other communications formats in partnership with digital, media, design and event planning colleagues. This role will also support the planning and management of large-scale meetings and events (internal and external) and the execution of key engagement and capability development initiatives. In addition, this role partners with the VP, Managing Director of LUCRA and - as appropriate - other Louisville-based leadership team members to provide general administrative and coordinative support. This role represents a go-to-person for LUCRA leadership team members, the overall LUCRA community as well as for other BFC and International division colleagues.
What You'll Do In This Role:
LUCRA leadership team project, business coordination & support
Support the Managing Director & Leadership team in coordination of special projects. Provide support to the Managing Director on a variety of workstreams. Analyze relevant situations and work to identify issues and recommendations.
Lead/support key project initiatives spanning the LUCRA region
Leadership meeting planning/project and agenda coordination
Regional scorecards monthly/quarterly updates
Point of contact/go-to-person for leadership communications
Information Technology: Partner with the IT team to ensure effective collaboration, clarity of business needs, timing of key projects.
Key meetings & events management and coordination
Plan, execute and follow-up Leadership Team meetings. Prepare meeting notes/minutes as required. Coordinate/organize conferences
Become the communication point of contact to the Managing Director and in partnership with the BFC and Divisional Communications teams
Lead/develop/implement communication plan at LUCRA regional level
Actively support the Regional Managing Director in preparation of written and oral communication (for critical communication: speeches, presentations and talking points) when needed
Coordinate People & Organization Communication
Coordinate communication with other Leadership team assistants and Chiefs of Staff
Create and deliver highly integrated, impactful and effective internal communication and be the interface within the LUCRA region.
Liaise with leadership teams across the region to support translation of communications
Coordinate communication with distributor partners (DP) where needed D&I, team engagement and capabilities development
Coordination and execution of company surveys related to D&I, culture, engagement and development.
Supports D&I plan coordination/execution and D&I scorecard update and tracking
What Exactly Are We Looking For?
Education: College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent); Business, Marketing or related areas preferred or relevant equal experience
Experience: 3+ years in similar coordinator and administrative support roles
Maturity and integrity are of high importance, as incumbent is an integral part of Leadership Team.
What Makes You Unique:
Ability to effectively utilize Google Suite, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant database and business warehouse programs
Outstanding oral and written communication skills in English (Spanish and Portuguese a plus)
Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and to develop and maintain effective work relationships with all levels of personnel and cross-functional
Very strong ability to organize/complete multiple projects with limited direction; and perform work with accuracy and attention to detail
Good analytical skills, commercially savvy and solution focused to solving problems
