Job Summary:
The Global PtP Spend Management Business Process Consultant works with the GBS
Procure to Pay Process Architect in conjunction with business process subject matter
experts and IT partners to implement standard, established processes that unlock value
and drive change by leveraging the enterprise applications of Marketing Resource
Management (MRM) and Coupa (PtP). This role will assist in driving project teams to
meet objectives in Coupa implementations with a focus on Coupa Compliant Invoicing
in Mexico and Supplier Onboarding. This will include providing support for business
processes for the Spend Management Group.

This role is needed to support the Spend Management Architect with the support of Coupa, MRM. This role will help with support, upgrades and implementations as needed.
This role is needed to help cover support with all the necessary activities for other RTCs (Chambord, Ghana, Kenya, Slovakia, Japan)

Job Responsibilities:
● Assists the PtP Process Architect in the analysis and mapping of complex, multi-
tiered business processes within the organization and aligns them with Brown-
Forman standard processes using Coupa Procure to Pay functionality
● Partners with Mexico business under the guidance of the PtP Process Architect
to implement Supplier Onboarding Processes and E-Invoicing Best Practices
● Leverages prior Coupa experience to collaborate on business process ideas and
devise optimal solutions
● Works with project teams through the project lifecycle to help facilitate and
document system User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and readiness for deployment
of business process changes
● Working with PtP Process Architect and stakeholders to produce process maps
and training materials to ease transition to new processes and maximize end
user productivity and effectiveness
● Assists in the assessment of Coupa Upgrades and their impact from initial testing
to post go live support
● Supports the PtP Process Architect with general inquiries from existing Coupa
implementations
● Collaborates with business partners to identify and work through change
management to gain system adoption and process efficiencies
● Carries out other duties as assigned

Preferred Experience:
Background: Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field
Experience: Business process modeling and design, SaaS implementations
Tools: Coupa, SAP, Salesforce, Google Suite

Job Competencies:
● Experience in business process architecture, mapping, and modeling best
practices
● Ability to prioritize and manage resolution of multiple stakeholder requests
