What You Will Do in This Role:
Lead the efficient commercial coordination for the region with respective distributor partner(s) in areas such as product allocation mgt, supply chain, customer service, capability development/training, TPS process, channel segmentation/targeting, category management, and B-F SEE/KPI setting.

What You Will Experience:
Partner with the Region MD to establish priorities for meetings, initiatives and focus based on top down priorities along with field driven feedback. Keeping a pulse of the team regularly
Within the Region, be the lead of the IBP process, driving forecast updates and accuracy while working with field teams, Region LT and demand planning to communicate the Region's demand needs consistently
Partner with Region Retail team to ensure on & off-premise chain activities are appropriately prioritized and executed within the region.
Partner with Region Finance and Marketing team to ensure appropriate measurement of key in-market activities.
Support the integration of recently acquired brands and / or new product launches.
Organize and partner with key stakeholders ensuring all national incentives are communicated, slots allocated, and associated business goals are in place in the proper time.
Lead TPS process across region.
Lead the localization of the annual business imperatives ensuring prioritization of market and brand activities
Create and implement effective fact based selling opportunities
Work with distributor and B-F supply chain and customer service teams to ensure seasonal inventory availability.
Identify and prioritize category management opportunities within region and deploy B-F/distributor resources to address.
Establish B-F SEE priorities for region, and work with distributor partner to report results
Working with distributor partner, establish channel segmentation for region; establish distribution targets across portfolio, leveraging BF SEE or distributor KPI process to achieve.
Coordinate division and national blitz/sellvey strategy and execution
Partner with key distributor contacts (where applicable) to find greater efficiency and excellence in planning, executing, and reviewing business plans with our distributor network.
Participate on region leadership team
Participate in region resource allocation plans.

What Exactly Are We Looking For?
A Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of sales and operations experience.
Beverage alcohol experience preferred
Strong organization/project management skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to operate very effectively in a collaborative, matrix environment
Strong analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communicator who can create clear images through words
Experience developing successful internal and external partnerships
Strong results orientation, with a track record of superior financial performance.
Exceptional collaboration and interdependence skills. Must have proven experience in collaborating effectively within and across geographic and organizational boundaries.
