Job Summary/Scope:

Brown-Forman seeks a part-time temporary employee to fill temporary roles throughout the organization. This is an on-call position to cover employee vacations, employee leaves of absence and peak workload periods. Temporary assignments are administrative in nature and may include phone coverage, welcoming and registration of guests to campus and/or administrative support of managers and teams throughout the organization.

Must Requirements:

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Hours vary from week to week and day to day. Standard business hours are 8:30 – 5:00 but some areas require coverage as early as 6:30 am.

  • Bachelor's Degree and one or two year’s equivalent education/experience combination or seven to eight years equivalent education/experience combination

  • Ability to work proactively and independently. Be able to execute responsibilities with planning and organization in a high-volume, deadline-oriented environment.

  • Ability to organize/complete multiple projects with limited direction; and perform work with accuracy and attention to detail amidst frequent interruptions.

  • Excellent skills to exercise initiative, good judgment, discretion and maturity in response to requests for data, issue resolutions and the ability to handle confidential information and documents.

  • Project Management understanding

  • Demonstrated ability to recommend and implement effective office procedures and processes.

  • Demonstrated proficiency at an advanced level using Microsoft office, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Gmail.

  • Excellent organization skills and sound judgment to manage work flow with ability to keep abreast of many details.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and to develop and maintain effective work relationships with all levels of personnel which include internal senior leadership and external clients.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the beverage alcohol industry.

  • 2-3 year of project management experience
