The Role:

The Product Enablement team is responsible for crafting world class enablement experiences for Meraki audiences globally. We do this by developing, delivering, and enabling scalable programs and solutions that make Cisco Meraki technologies more accessible to everyone.

In this role, you will work cross functionally with partners across the Meraki organization to develop and deliver on short and long-term strategies that anticipate and deliver on the needs of Meraki consumers and sellers! Ideal candidates will have outstanding critical thinking and analytical skills, excellent communication and relationship building capabilities, bias towards action, and are skilled at bringing together diverse groups to bring initiatives to life.

What You Will Do:

  • Drive the development of short, medium, and long-term strategies that align to Meraki’s vision for training and enablement
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and use market insights to identify enablement gaps and needs, prioritize opportunities, and build compelling recommendations
  • Partner with leaders and teams across the organization on enablement initiatives that deliver mutual business impact including Meraki Product Management, Marketing, Data Science, and Cisco DevCX
  • Define and manage success metrics; share insights that demonstrate impact of L&D and enablement initiatives to the PE leadership team and other leaders across the organization
  • Work cross functionally across the Product Enablement team to execute strategies and ensure successful delivery of programs and initiatives

Who You Are:

  • 3-5 years in consulting, or equivalent experience and skills; experience in learning & development, training or enablement subject areas preferred
  • A proven track record of setting and executing on strategic objectives that align with business and partner needs
  • Demonstrated experience in user research including needs assessments, surveying, gap analysis, and competitive analysis
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; experience to accurately translate large amounts of data into impactful recommendations
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects
  • Outstanding communication & relationship-building skills with individuals at all levels of an organization
  • Detail-oriented and accountable: able to prioritize, meet deadlines, coordinate, and follow-through
  • Proficiency in Excel and PPT
