Our team is looking to attract a Business Analyst who will help and drive the adoption of new supply chain transformation projects across Product Engineering, Sourcing, and Supply Chain.

You Will

  • Be engaged in the adoption and continuous improvement of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and its upstream/downstream integrations, EPR integrations, and other supply chain transformation projects.
  • Work on business process automation, by working with the system architect, through driving user adoption, crafting training materials, training users, and generating reports based on business requirements.
  • Be an incredible partner to internal & external stakeholders when capturing, validating, and maintaining business process flows; collecting, and analyzing data; and communicating changes and improvements.
  • Constantly communicating with the teams for project updates and details.

You Are/Have

  • The ability to work fluidly across many teams, with a knack for motivating and encouraging others.
  • Experienced in PLM, Supply Chain modules in ERP, and have a deep understanding of how they impact business execution, implementation, and standard methodologies.
  • Familiar with at least one process flow software (Visio, Lucid chart, Omnigraffle, etc.)
  • Well organized, data-driven, and great at documentation crafting.
  • Practical experience in analytical and reporting tools.
  • Superb attention to detail, and ability to accurately collate and report on significant amounts of information.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Be able to work with teams in different time zones.


  • Master’s degree in Operations/Supply Chain/Industrial Engineering.
  • Have experience in manufacturing and understand the process of different manufacturing models.
  • Have project management experience and worked with external partners.
