Responsible for leading Discover's Card Acquisition Paid Media Programmatic and Social Strategy. The focus will be on audience activation, optimization and measurement across digital channels, building new capabilities and driving Card account growth. Brings a deep understanding of digital platforms, industry trends and data privacy to leverage near term opportunities, test on new platforms and manage for future change.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Discover media activation teams to map platforms to campaigns based on near term goals and longer-term learning agenda.
  • Identify and evaluate external vendors to enable testing strategies.
  • Work with analytics team and media agency to provide KPI/measurement recommendations and development of success criteria.
  • Successfully executes new partnerships through the contractual onboarding process. Proactively manages legal, compliance and regulatory requirements to ensure appropriate compliance across all channels.
  • Creates standard processes and continually improve quality & efficiency.
  • Creates informative or decision-seeking presentations and present to senior executives.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing
  • 6+ years of experience in Marketing & advertising, advertising technology and platforms, project management, product management, analytics
  • In lieu of a degree, 8+ years Marketing & advertising, advertising technology and platforms, project management, product management, analytics

Preferred Qualifications
