Program Manager III, Bidding Platform

If so, then we'd like to invite you to join the Metasearch team as our newest Technical Program Manager.

The Metasearch team takes pride in having a direct impact to the top and bottom
line by engaging with partners like Google, Trivago, and TripAdvisor. We are seeking Technical Program Manager to guide the delivery of marketing tools & technology platform to standardize operations, deliver campaigns to our partners, and enable experimentation.

What you'll do:

  • You plan, track, coordinate and communicate work across sprint development teams to deliver marketing automation tools using the agile methodology

  • You provide detailed technical specifications that satisfy business requirements, reliability, and performance goals. This includes coordinating and managing the technical software/services development and delivery as part of the story writing and acceptance criteria

  • Develop project schedules, define timeframes, and prioritize tasks to achieve project targets and deliver intended objectives within the agreed timeframes and ensuring that requirements are completed

  • Assess bottlenecks in work processes within teams to streamline and simplify workflow

  • You will support and facilitate conversations regarding product development lifecycle with other teams

  • You will make suggestions for solutions to business process improvements taking into consideration EG’s objectives and challenges

  • You will comprehend and understand of complex information (e.g., operational risk, marketing performance impacts, and technical challenges) and impact to the business by correctly and clearly answering routine questions


Who you are:

  • Strong Program Management and Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, and Kanban) experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience

  • Excellent time management, resource management, and planning skills

  • Experience building clear, concise, and well-structured functional material (e.g., policies & procedures, guidelines, presentations, messages) and recommends improvements to existing material

  • Familiarity with fundamental business, economics, mathematics, statistics, and computer science concepts
