We, in the Expedia Group’s Affiliates Team, are building the next-generation, scalable B2B partnership platform that will power hundreds of thousands of partners across the industry ranging from big businesses to small bloggers and influencers in helping them recommend Expedia Group brands to their audiences and in the process grow their businesses. We aim to redefine the travel partnerships sector by building innovative partner tools and solutions that incorporates the new ways in which today’s travellers discover travel products and partners are remunerated. To do this, we need technically passionate product managers with an entrepreneurial approach who love challenges, enjoy problem solving and take pride in delivering best-in-class products.
You will operate independently and strategically owning the commissions engine and our tracking, attribution, and reconciliation technology. This is a mission critical space, and you will need to build and simplify, and communicate clearly and persuasively. What you will do
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to articulate business opportunities through the technical solutions.
  • Dive deep to drive the strategy and vision for complex scenarios
  • Prioritize the product roadmap with a data first and business opportunity approach.
  • Design and test product features in collaboration with other teams e.g. UX Design, Engineering, and our Commercial team
  • Articulate decision-making rationale, solutions, methodologies, and frameworks to both technical and non-technical counterparts.
Who you are
  • 5+ years of experience in product management.
  • Data-driven and comfortable with numerical analysis.
  • Have a passion for cutting edge technology and a thirst to learn more.
  • Wade through ambiguity to deliver on short-medium term milestones, while keeping eyes on the north star.
  • Have strong communication and influencing skills; enjoys a collaborative environment
  • Proactive, positive and have a growth mindset
  • Engineering, App or Computer Science background a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent field required; or equivalent related professional experience
  • Experience launching a commercial developer platform.
