Expedia Group’s B2B Brand and Creative team is looking for a Sr. Creative Project Management Specialist to oversee budgets,monitor project timelines, evaluate creative workloads, and more, ensuringconsistent, on-time, quality creative delivery. As the world’s leading traveler technology partner, Expedia Group’s B2BMarketing team is dedicated to driving growth with our prospective and current partner base.The Brand and Creative team play a critical role in that growth by concepting, developing, and creating engaging and innovative creative that drives conversion and fosters growth.As a Creative Project Specialist, you will be supporting the operations for the B2B Creative team andorchestrating the flawless delivery of Creative deliverables.In this role, you will be responsible for driving the day-to-day aspect of our creative projects, driving creative workflow and maintaining operational excellence.

We are seeking an energetic person who can contribute to a team environment and wants to be part of an evolving organization. This position requires a self-motivated, flexible individual with effective communication, organization and leadership skills. There will be a lot of hands-on work required in the initial months as the team gets up and running, specifically focused on a web initiative.

What you'll do:

  • Contribute to annual and quarterly forecasting for upcoming campaign priorities for the Brand + Creative team

  • Maintain oversight of project status and feed into a weekly leadership status report

  • Independently steward day-to-day project management of multiple small to large scale projects, serving as a daily point of contact with cross-functional partners

  • Schedule creative reviews and important team communications, ensuring the right attendees are present, meetings start and finish on time and recapping and distributing detailed notes

  • Drive project timelines and ensure all key milestones and due dates are communicated frequently to the larger internal project team and any agency partners

  • Anticipate and manage potential blockers across concept development, production, and delivery phases; flag to appropriate partners and proactively find solutions

  • Partner with brand management and production to drive creative approvals across legal, geos, clearance bodies and internal leadership teams

  • Work with media and other internal teams to consolidate asset requests and file delivery specs

  • Partner with production and agency teams to manage the delivery process for creative across all channels (broadcast, digital, audio, social, print, OOH and CRM) and archive final assets upon completion of project

  • Champion creative workflow processes and tools to ensure consistency across the Brand

Who You Are:

  • A project management professional with 2-4years' experience in creative project management within an advertising agency or brand side creative organization

  • Well versed managing global creative projects across all production and media channels (broadcast, digital, audio, social, print, OOH and CRM)

  • Familiar with managing a large cross-functional team of stakeholders and driving alignment across all aspects of a creative project

  • An effective and concise communicator

  • Resilient and constructive when faced with change; able to shift approaches when needed in response to unexpected events and circumstances

  • Someone who thrives in maintaining organization, finding efficiencies and building, improving and simplifying processes

  • Experienced in working with project management software/tools, including Jira and Trello

  • Familiar with Agile and Scrum methodologies
