Product Integration Manager

What you'll do :

  • Develop program strategy and influence roadmap capabilities and features, balance priorities, and confirm realistic expectations of delivery timelines based on resource constraints and cross team dependencies

  • Be a conduit between business teams and product/engineering teams to refine product roadmaps and requirements

  • Conduct experiments to test ideas by constructing hypotheses, organizing test structures, executing and completing data analysis leading to meaningful conclusions

  • Partner with Business Intelligence and Reporting teams to conduct analysis, identify gaps and improve reporting tools to dial in insights engines

  • Stay on top of market, industry, technology and other trends to improve the value of our tools for customers

  • Broad knowledge of the capabilities and needs in our supply platform

  • Combine end user ideas, data driven insights and market trends into product development opportunities with tangible business outcomes

Who you are:

  • 3+ years of Program Management, Product Management or combination with technical products/focus areas

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or in a related field; or equivalent related professional experience

  • Advanced degree is a plus

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use numbers and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes; experience with financial modeling a plus

  • Change Management experience leading seamless deployments in complex global organizations

  • End to end product and program development experience, driving timelines and accountability while organizing multiple action plans across functions

  • Experience driving breakthrough changes to internal and external users

  • Experience with external facing customer or supplier systems, travel industry, Contact Centers

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate complex issues and influence others internally and externally

  • Exceptional quantitative and qualitative, analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Strong social skills and ability gain the respect of senior management, individual contributors, peers, and partners
