Senior Executive Assistant
Are you a highly experienced administrative professional with a consistent track record of working in fast-paced, multidimensional environments? Expedia Group is looking for a high caliber Senior Executive Assistant to provide support to multiple executives in our Brands Division.
Due to the nature of business in this environment, you will have sound judgement, common sense, and a collaborative and inclusive spirit. And of course, a love for travel!
What you'll do:
Provide high quality administrative support to executive leaders and teams
Balance detailed executive calendars - arranging meetings and appointments, as well as crafting complex domestic and international travel itineraries
Process expense reports, control space/seating, maintain email distribution lists and manage agendas for staff meetings
Orchestrate onsite and offsite event planning, meeting planning and other special projects assigned
Drives time management for the executives by ensuring focus on strategic business initiatives
Who you are:
Have 10-12 years of related experience
Experience working in a high-tech environment
Strong, demonstrable experience in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, providing high-level support to senior level executives
A passion for travel, technology, and community-building
Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and communication skills, along with tact, poise, and excellent people skills
Demonstrated abilities in using initiative, judgement, discretion and managing multiple tasks are essential
Strong editing/proofreading skills, along with outstanding verbal, written and organizational skills
A proactive approach and the ability to effectively prioritize a demanding workload, while maintaining a sense of humor
