Go To Market (GTM) within Expedia Group is a newly formed division within the B2B org that combines all partner-facing lines of businesses and scalable engines that support them.

We are the acquisition team of B2B Marketing at Expedia Group. We focus on the acquisition of new hosts, hotels, and travel agents that power the supply side of Expedia’s marketplace brands such as Expedia, Hotels.com and Vrbo. We do this by running performance marketing channels including programmatic display & video, SEM/PPC, paid social, affiliates, and offline channels like Direct Mail, as well as new partner lifecycle programs to coach new hosts to early success.
We are a global team looking after needs of multiple geographies based on changing demand signals of millions of travelers who visit our sites to book their travel through or with our demand partners.
What You'll Do:
Create, execute, and report on new digital and offline marketing campaigns to acquire and accelerate new prospects through the marketing funnel
Manage and execute campaigns optimizing for budget and conversion
Identify target geos and profiles of key prospects, as well as the tools and 3rd party agencies to support and execute direct mail as an always-on marketing channel
Develop channel-specific strategies and supporting creative, analytics, and operations briefs along with specs for campaign assets and readouts
Leverage analytics tools to establish program baselines, measure performance, develop new strategies, and communicate progress towards targeted business objectives
Develop standardized reporting framework for digital marketing including weekly performance reports and dashboards
Who You Are:
A minimum of 3 years of broad marketing experience managing and executing full-funnel campaigns
Understanding of marketing automation and lifecycle management
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Current with the latest marketing trends and best practices
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organized
Self-motivated individual who thrives in a complex organization, can identify opportunities and act decisively, and is adaptable to evolving market and organizational requirements
Ability to consistently produce results on time and within budget
Demonstrable experience in planning, executing, and managing campaigns for display advertising, re-marketing, offline media, and paid social
Ability to dive into new concepts and ingest test data to alter or scale campaigns to maximize impressions, engagement, and conversion
Adept at working with large cross-functional teams in order to take a campaign from idea to execution including procurement, legal, development, operations, creative, and analytics
Comfortable presenting new concepts, outcomes, and associated data in front of groups and executive leadership teams
Possess a self-starter mindset, is highly organized, and can work collaboratively, deliver on promises, prioritize assignments, and manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis
