Business Marketing, Senior Manager

As the Business Marketing Sr Manager for Vrbo, you will help interpret business and consumer data in order to -

  • Define product priorities and marketing goals for the brand marketing organization

  • Be the voice of marketing within the company at large

What you'll do:

  • Help create the FY Marketing Plan including: key objectives, goals, audience, KPIs, content plan, channel strategy, competitive landscape

  • Write individual Business Marketing Briefs that will clearly outline the marketing objectives – quantifying who we are targeting, what they are currently doing, and what we would like them to do in order to drive measurable business results.

  • Partner with the International leads on Annual Plan.

  • Understand and communicate product knowledge across teams

  • Identify & coordinate business, cross-functional, and executive approvers

  • Responsible for pulling together business overview decks across all channels

  • Own the business customer learning plan

  • Drive Weekly Brand LT Meetings

  • P&L responsibility and channel investment forecasting including offer and incentive investment

  • Leads results gathering and assesses success based on set out KPI’s.

  • Organizes results share with media and other channels. Provides results and assets for Business campaign summary

Who you are:

  • Someone who can take lots of data and translate this into traveler behaviour

  • Someone who can make recommendations and decisions based on data

  • Fluent in qualitative and quantitative research and turning learnings into actionable insights to form decision making

  • Able to manage through ambiguity

  • Able to proactively identify what data + insights might be meaningful and chase it down

  • Brand orientated business acumen
