Expedia® Cruises® is looking for an engaging Franchise Performance Coach (Field Manager) to provide business coaching and support for our Retail centers in the state of Florida, USA. In order to provide the right level of service, you have to be based in the state of Florida and within a one-hour drive distance to a major airport. This location will be home office based. As the Franchise Performance Coach, you will drive franchise sales growth & increase business value through consistent, customized coaching and training with Franchise Partners. This support is centered around the Expedia® Cruises® Franchise Partner Compass strategies, resources and behaviors including; Leadership & Recognition; Recruitment & Onboarding; Marketing & Promotions; Planning and Performance; Operations and Administration.

What you'll do:

  • Facilitate annual business planning sessions

  • Coach Franchise Partners on their Quarterly business plans, maintaining a focus on local execution of the core Franchise strategies and their performance

  • Ensure Recruitment & Onboarding, and Sales Team Leadership remain continuous priorities of Franchise Partners

  • Coach Franchise Partners on effective Sales Team Leadership including monthly team meetings, one on one mentoring of Consultants, Navigators Club Goal Setting and Navigators Approach Sales methodology

  • You will review and coach to marketing investments that support the Compass strategies through:

    • Support of the Franchise Partner development and execution of their National & Local Marketing Plan

    • Attraction and Retention marketing

    • Expedia Cruises Promotions & sales events

    • In-center merchandising

    • Consultant Recruitment marketing

  • You will ensure Franchise Center is adopting all of the Expedia® Cruises® systems and is compliant in all areas of our Brand Standards

  • Ensure Center is supported and knowledgeable of all Center Operations through CruiseDesk to support growth

  • Drive field feedback regularly through consistent, timely reporting and solve hurdles through collaboration with Expedia® Cruises® Program Specialists

  • Ensure all new franchise locations are supported and evolving to Star Among Your Peers benchmarks by the execution within the franchise system

  • This role requires 50% travel within North America (i.e. Canada)

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration or related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience

  • A minimum 5 years’ experience in retail sales management in franchising, travel or a related field

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • You are results oriented with a strong desire to drive sales by developing and coaching people

  • Business insights and acumen with an emphasis on sales and marketing

The total cash range for this position in Virtual is $71,000.00 to $99,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $113,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
