Role Overview:

Finder is looking for a passionate, results & data-driven Digital Marketing Associate to join our New York office. This role will support in managing and optimizing marketing campaigns to drive growth in revenue and margin for North America. The ideal candidate will have at least a year’s experience in SEM in particular where they have experience building Google Ads campaigns, managing campaign budgets, optimizing campaigns, writing ad copy, conducting keyword research, and analyzing data.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides support in managing, implementing & optimizing marketing campaigns across search, social, display, video & native advertising channels, with a strong focus on Google Ads campaigns, to hit revenue & margin targets for North America.
  • Gathers and analyzes performance data to draw insights to further improve the performance of campaigns & landing pages.
  • Collaborates as a part of a cross functional team (with client services, publishing, editorial, innovations, and products) and connects with external stakeholders on ideas & strategies that will help improve performance.
  • Assists in running A/B tests to improve landing pages and conversion rates.
  • Assists in competitive research & market research

Desired Experience and Skills:

  • Extensive experience in SEM at an agency or client side - strategy, campaign builds, ad copywriting, keyword research, optimization, and reporting
  • Proven track record of hitting targets, preferably revenue/margin targets
  • Proficient with using Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
  • Data driven - ability to analyze data & draw insightful conclusions
  • Proficient at using Excel or Google sheets to manipulate data
  • Detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects
  • Comfortable working autonomously and together in a team environment

  • Experience running social media, native & display ads
  • Completed Google Ads Search Certification
