Division Overview

Hubbell Power Systems (HPS) engages in the design and manufacture of a wide variety of products used by utilities. Today, HPS is deeply engaged in product solutions for OSP Communication utility purposes, and has been actively growing that segment of the business. HPS roots have historically been in high voltage transmission, distribution, substation, underground products used by electric utilities. HPS products are also used in the civil construction, transportation, gas and water industries.

Duties and Responsibilities

Student Coop Opportunity beginning January 2023 through August 2023.

  1. Review and edit product information on company website
  2. Prepare marketing communications including social media posts, blogs, customer letters, product flyers, videos, training modules, and instruction manuals
  3. Assist Marketing Team with developing and steering NPD projects
  4. Assist with gathering marketing data including order and sales reports, VOC, market status, and competitor info
  5. Work with Engineering Team to confirm or determine product performance data
  6. Review Engineering Test Reports & help determine additional testing needs
  7. Assist with reviewing new marketing material for graphical layout, readability, compliance, and content
