The role of the Value Added Operator I is to perform a variety of receiving, inspection, rework, record keeping and picking/put away of reworks and holds. observe good housekeeping practices and follow prescribed safety precautions. This position is a key component in providing excellent service to our customers and in getting our variety of products in the hands of our consumers
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ability to drive and operate equipment as needed in the Warehouse setting
- Compile and record data collected daily and report data to management
- Report data collected from production, special projects, and Return Goods using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
- Prepare daily work assignments as directed by Group Lead
- Observe good housekeeping practices
- Follow prescribed safety precautions.
Skills and Experience
- Must have knowledge of SAP/R3
- Certified on order picker and reach truck
- Computer literate
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
