Position Overview

The role of the warehouse associate IV Clerk is to work with customer service to satisfy customer needs. This position is a key component in providing excellent service to our customers and in getting our variety of products in the hands of our consumers.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Date entry of purchase orders, delivery numbers and inventory adjustments
  • Correspond to customer service, in order to maintain business flow
  • Inspect shipments, verify counts, create deliveries
  • Work with supervisors and managers to ensure shipping and receiving workflow
  • Follow appropriate handling, safety, and warehouse standards
  • All hands-on deck; perform miscellaneous activities as directed by the manager to efficiently support the warehouse operation

Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge of safety and warehouse standards
  • Understanding of inventory control procedures
  • Computer knowledge; Excel and SAP in both EWM and ECC required
  • Excellent math and analytical skills
  • Strong communication , customer service and team player skills
  • Strong ability to multi-task


High School Diploma in General Studies
