Division Overview

Hubbell Power Systems (HPS) engages in the design and manufacture of a wide variety of products used by utilities. Today, HPS is deeply engaged in product solutions for OSP Communication utility purposes, and has been actively growing that segment of the business. HPS roots have historically been in high voltage transmission, distribution, substation, underground products used by electric utilities. HPS products are also used in the civil construction, transportation, gas and water industries.

Position Overview

Provides Inside Sales coverage and Technical Support for the Killark Product Offerings.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Acts as the sole sales contact.
  • Schedules and conducts periodic outgoing contact.
  • Provides Customer Service functions to the account including price & availability information, expedites and order entry.
  • Provides limited pricing support where required by Company policy.
  • Provides basic Technical Services support to assigned accounts.
  • Resolves customer problems by working with distribution, manufacturing, marketing, sales and freight carriers.
  • Provides support documentation to customers regarding open orders, weekly shipments and past due orders.
  • Performs follow up on all quotes.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Skills and Experience

  • 1-2 years related experience and/or training
  • Customer Service/ Sales Experience preferred
  • Proficient in SAP preferred
  • MS Office proficient
  • Analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills


Bachelors Degree in Business or Arts
