The Loop experiences team mission is to build a collaborative platform that enables a new class of applications and experiences on top of Fluid Framework (https://fluidframework.com). One of these applications we are building is Microsoft Loop, a new app that combines a powerful and flexible canvas with portable components that move freely and stay in sync across applications. As an engineer on the team, you will be responsible for key areas of our stack. You will be empowered to have end-to-end ownership for your areas including architecture, design, code, test, and telemetry coverage. You will partner deeply across disciplines as well as across teams to help deliver results that delight our customers, learning constantly while solving tough technical challenges.

- 7+ years of experience in building and shipping production grade software or services
- Experience working with the browser developer tools to diagnose and fix performance bottlenecks in complex web applications
- Demonstrated experience working on distributed systems
- Strong cross-discipline and cross-group collaboration skills
- Strong problem solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
